Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years in sales or coordination roles, preferably in insurance or related fields.
- 3+ years in native or residential.
- Proven ability to lead teams and achieve sales targets.
- Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
- Competence in data analysis and strategic decision-making.
