The Territory Sales Manager drives regional success by recruiting, managing, and supporting a team of agents to meet sales objectives. This role ensures operational efficiency and compliance while contributing to the company’s growth strategy.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and train agents to establish a strong territorial presence.
  • Develop actionable plans to enhance agent performance and sales results.
  • Mentor agents and provide regular performance reviews.
  • Assess market opportunities and competitor movements to inform strategy.
  • Liaise with internal teams to secure resources and support for agents.
  • Ensure all activities align with company policies and standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 2+ years in sales or coordination roles, preferably in insurance or related fields.
  • 3+ years in native or residential.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and achieve sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
  • Competence in data analysis and strategic decision-making.
