The Territory Sales Manager drives regional success by recruiting, managing, and supporting a team of agents to meet sales objectives. This role ensures operational efficiency and compliance while contributing to the company’s growth strategy.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Recruit and train agents to establish a strong territorial presence.
Develop actionable plans to enhance agent performance and sales results.
Mentor agents and provide regular performance reviews.
Assess market opportunities and competitor movements to inform strategy.
Liaise with internal teams to secure resources and support for agents.
Ensure all activities align with company policies and standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
2+ years in sales or coordination roles, preferably in insurance or related fields.
3+ years in native or residential.
Proven ability to lead teams and achieve sales targets.
Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
Competence in data analysis and strategic decision-making.
