Job Description

A Territory Sales Manager (TSM) is responsible for managing sales within a specific geographical region or territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitors to identify sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Analyze sales data to evaluate performance and refine strategies.
  • Handle post-sale activities, including follow-up on product delivery, ensuring clients’ expectations are met.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
  • The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
