The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for growing revenue in an assigned area by assembling, training, and directing a team of capable agents to surpass sales expectations and deliver results.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Recruit, develop, and motivate financial advisors to achieve key milestones.
- Formulate and roll out plans to hit sales targets consistently.
- Explore new business avenues and tweak tactics using performance metrics.
- Deliver hands-on coaching and support to improve agent effectiveness.
- Assess market trends, customer insights, and rival strategies.
- Arm agents with tailored methods to connect with top-tier customers.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing.
- History of exceeding sales goals and leading teams successfully.
- Strong leadership skills to rally a team around business aims.
- Superior communication skills for fostering agent and client relationships.
