Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (non-negotiable).
- 2+ years of sales and marketing experience in any industry.
- 3+ years in native or residential.
- Demonstrated success in hitting sales targets and leading teams.
- Strong leadership to drive team performance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for agent and client relationships.
