Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (non-negotiable).
  • 2+ years of sales and marketing experience in any industry.
  • 3+ years in native or residential.
  • Demonstrated success in hitting sales targets and leading teams.
  • Strong leadership to drive team performance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for agent and client relationships.
