Job Description

We are looking for a driven and strategic Territory Sales Manager to oversee sales operations within a designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed territory sales targets.
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives or distributors.
  • Identify new business opportunities, retail channels, and customer segments.
  • Ensure timely execution of marketing campaigns and product launches within the territory.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is mandatory
  • Proven experience managing a sales team
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Familiarity with local language
