Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

Position Overview
We are looking for a passionate and driven Territory Sales Manager to take charge of field-based business development and client engagement. If you enjoy interacting with people, managing teams, and driving sales on the ground, this role offers a rewarding opportunity to lead and grow.

Responsibilities

  • Actively scout for new business leads through field activities and networking
  • Strengthen market presence by connecting with potential clients and communities
  • Hire, train, and guide a team of field sales executives toward set objectives
  • Track sales performance and implement strategies to enhance productivity
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups and build meaningful client relationships
  • Provide market insights to optimize offerings and improve customer experience

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate in any stream
  • Minimum of 2 years of field sales experience
  • Solid grasp of local customer needs and behavior
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a history of meeting sales targets
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
