Job Summary:
We are looking for a result-driven Territory Sales Manager to lead and manage agency sales operations within a defined territory. This role involves building a strong network of agents, driving sales performance, and achieving business targets through effective team and territory management.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance agents/advisors
Drive agent productivity and ensure achievement of sales targets in the territory
Monitor and improve performance of agents through regular support and fieldwork
Ensure adherence to compliance and quality standards across the agency team
Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and customers
Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions with agents
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and service delivery
Identify new market opportunities within the territory
Qualifications and Experience:
Graduation is required
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in field sales, preferably in agency-based models
Strong leadership, team-building, and mentoring skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Good understanding of local markets and customer behavior
