Job Description

A Territory Sales Manager (TSM) is responsible for managing sales operations, targets, and relationships within a specific geographic area or “territory.” This role is vital in driving local market performance, channel development, and team supervision, often acting as a bridge between on-ground sales teams and regional leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address escalations, grievances, or service issues from the ground.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate field teams or agents.
  • Supervise a team of Sales Officers/Executives, Agents, or Channel Partners.
  • Own revenue and volume goals for the assigned territory.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
  • The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
