Job Summary: A Territory Sales Manager – BFSI is responsible for overseeing and growing sales performance within a designated geographic area. The role includes managing sales teams or agents, building strong relationships with partners and clients, driving sales of financial products and ensuring alignment with regional business goals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute sales strategies to meet business goals in the assigned region.
- Identify growth opportunities and expand the customer base within the territory.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives, agents, or channel partners.
- Monitor performance, set targets, and ensure the team meets KPIs.
- Drive the sale of BFSI products such as loans, insurance policies, credit cards, mutual funds, etc.
- Ensure consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Build strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and clients.
- Support partner onboarding and product training.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and marketing.
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Required all previously employed company experience certificate (Mandatory for experienced person)
- Preferred local candidate.
