Job Overview:
We’re looking for a Territory Sales Officer to lead recruitment and sales operations under the agency model. This is a field-based role with strong focus on agent performance and territory development.
Key Functions:
– Identify, recruit, and activate new agents
– Build strong working relationships with agents
– Conduct joint field activities to support sales
– Monitor and track individual and team performance
– Submit reports on sales metrics and progress
Ideal Candidate:
– Graduate degree in any stream
– At least 2 years in field sales
– Knowledge of local market dynamics
