Fixed CTC of 3.15 LPA plus monthly performance incentives. Your income grows with your effort.

No. We welcome candidates from any sales industry. FMCG, telecom, real estate, pharma, banking — all are welcome. What matters is that you have at least 2 years of field sales experience.

Q. Do I need to be from Sundargarh?
Yes, absolutely. This is a local role and we only consider candidates who are currently based in Sundargarh or very nearby.

Q. What qualification is needed?
Graduation from any stream is mandatory.

Q. What will my daily work look like?
You will go into the field every day, meet new customers, pitch products clearly, follow up on leads and submit your activity report at the end of the day. Your goal is to hit your monthly sales target.
