Job Title: Territory Sales Officer – Insurance Agency
Location: Delhi
Job Type: Full-Time
CTC: ₹3.0 – ₹3.5 LPA + Incentives
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Territory Sales Officer to expand our agency network and drive sales performance. The candidate must have experience in field sales, preferably in life insurance, and good knowledge of the assigned location.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a network of licensed life insurance agents
- Achieve sales targets through agent productivity and activation
- Conduct agent training sessions and field coaching
- Handle customer interactions as needed during joint fieldwork
- Track daily performance and submit regular reports
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience (life insurance preferred)
- Graduate (mandatory)
- Local market knowledge is a must
- Strong interpersonal and sales skills
