We are hiring a dedicated Territory Sales Officer to lead agency-based life insurance sales in Delhi. The role involves recruiting insurance agents, driving sales targets, and executing field-level strategies to maximize business growth. This position is ideal for candidates with a strong sales background and a passion for team development.
Key Responsibilities:
– Recruit, train, and manage life insurance agents in the assigned territory
– Drive agent productivity and achieve monthly sales goals
– Conduct field visits and support agents with customer meetings
– Implement local marketing and lead generation activities
– Monitor sales performance and share regular reports with management
Requirements:
– Graduate (any stream) – mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of field sales
– Strong communication and relationship-building skills
– Well-versed with local Delhi market and customer segments
