Job Description

A Trade Sales Manager plays a critical role in driving sales and managing relationships with clients, distributors, and retail partners.

Responsibility & Roles :

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share.
  • Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives.
  • Set clear sales targets and performance metrics for the team.
  • Adjust strategies based on sales data and feedback.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  •  Age: Minimum 21 Years, Max 38 Years
  • Experience: 1 to 4 years of Any field Sales
  • Qualification: Graduate Mandatory
