Job Summary:
We are hiring a results-driven Unit Manager – Agency Sales to build, develop, and lead a team of insurance advisors. The role focuses on achieving sales targets through agent recruitment, development, and support.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance advisors
Drive insurance product sales through the advisor network
Provide regular training, motivation, and field support
Track performance and ensure achievement of sales goals
Conduct joint sales calls with advisors and close business
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline
2–5 years of experience in sales (insurance or financial services preferred)
Strong leadership and people-management skills
Good communication, interpersonal, and sales abilities
Knowledge of the local market and customer behavior
Willingness to travel locally
