Job Summary:
A Unit Sales Executive is responsible for achieving sales targets by promoting financial products such as insurance policies, loans, or investment plans through direct or channel-based sales. They works under the guidance of a Unit Manager or Sales Manager and plays a key role in driving individual and team-level business growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell financial products to individual customers through field visits or referrals.
- Focus on achieving assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify and approach potential customers through cold calling, walk-ins, lead generation, and networking.
- Understand customer needs and offer suitable product solutions.
- Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Ensure timely follow-ups, renewals, and service support.
- Explore new markets, customer segments, and cross-sell opportunities.
- Participate in local marketing and promotional campaigns.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and marketing
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Required all previously employed company experience certificate (Mandatory for experienced person)
- Preferred local candidate.
