Job Summary:

A Unit Sales Executive is responsible for achieving sales targets by promoting financial products such as insurance policies, loans, or investment plans through direct or channel-based sales. They works under the guidance of a Unit Manager or Sales Manager and plays a key role in driving individual and team-level business growth.

Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Promote and sell financial products to individual customers through field visits or referrals.
  • Focus on achieving assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Identify and approach potential customers through cold calling, walk-ins, lead generation, and networking.
  • Understand customer needs and offer suitable product solutions.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups, renewals, and service support.
  • Explore new markets, customer segments, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Participate in local marketing and promotional campaigns.

Eligibility Criteria: 

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and marketing
  • Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
  • Required all semester marksheets.
  • Required all previously employed company experience certificate (Mandatory for experienced person)
  • Preferred local candidate.
