Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

– Oversee, guide, and lead the agency sales staff to achieve and beyond goals.

– Monitor agent performance and provide necessary guidance.

– Sales & Business Development.

– Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.

– Encourage company expansion by spotting fresh prospects in the area.

Candidate profile :

Required Experience: Minimum experience of 2 + Years in Any Field Sales & Marketing

Candidate should be comfortable working through Direct Sourcing

CTC Bracket: up To : 3.15 LPA

Educational Qualification: Any Graduate

Location: Candidate must be a locality
