Unit Sales Executive

Overview:

The Unit Sales Executive role requires a combination of strong sales acumen, relationship management skills, and a deep understanding of the insurance industry.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing insurance agencies, brokers, and agents to drive sales and expand market reach.
  • Increase the distribution of insurance products through agency networks by developing effective sales strategies and fostering a high-performance sales culture within the agencies.
  • Provide continuous product training, sales materials, and resources to agency partners to ensure they are fully equipped to sell our products effectively.
  • Regularly assess the sales performance of agency partners, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
  • Assist agencies in generating new business by providing leads.
  • Analyze local market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and challenges within the agency channel.

 

Requirements:

  • Any graduate
  • 21-38 age
  • 1+ year of experience in sales
  • Local preferable
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, goal-oriented approach
  • Strong understanding of insurance products
