Unit Sales Executive

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new customers for life insurance products
• Conduct sales presentations and explain product features to clients
• Build and manage a strong customer pipeline through follow-ups and referrals
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
• Maintain regular communication with the sales manager and update daily activities
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in any discipline (must)
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales/marketing preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-driven with a strong desire to achieve targets
• Willingness to work in a field sales role
