unit sales executive  
Designation: Business development manager
Channel:  Agency channel
Pay roll: on roll
Experience: min 1- 2 years experience in sales & Marketing
CTC: Up to 3.50 to 4.20 LPA + incentives + bonus + other benefits
Qualifications:  Graduations compulsory

Job descriptions: 

• Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct sales visits, product demonstrations, and client meetings to pitch products/services.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): 

• Sales target achievement
• New client acquisition
• Lead conversion rate
• Customer retention
• Revenue growth
