Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the assigned unit.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing feedback and corrective actions where needed.
• Build strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align on promotional activities.
• Conduct regular market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
Key Skills & Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Analytical mind-set with the ability to track and report sales data.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Experience: 1-5 years in Sales or Team Management
Education: Minimum Graduate degree
