Job Description

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Unit Sales Executive to join our team in the BFSI sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new customers for banking, insurance, and financial services products.
  • Generate leads through field visits, networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Educate clients about product features, benefits, and terms to ensure informed decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2–6 years of experience in sales
  • Strong knowledge of banking, insurance
  • Excellent communication
  • Ability to work independently
