Job Description
We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Unit Sales Executive to join our team in the BFSI sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new customers for banking, insurance, and financial services products.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and cross-selling opportunities.
- Educate clients about product features, benefits, and terms to ensure informed decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2–6 years of experience in sales
- Strong knowledge of banking, insurance
- Excellent communication
- Ability to work independently
