Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

·         Create and execute effective talent recruitment plans to attract and retain top talent.

·         Deliver regular reports to senior management on agency recruitment, development, and performance.

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field (preferred).

·         Proven experience in agency recruitment and development.

·         Strong leadership and communication skills.

·         Ability to design and deliver effective training programs.

·         Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

·         Results-driven and goal-oriented mindset.

·         Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
