We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) industry. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth as a Sales Executive through client acquisition and relationship management.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·   Identify and target potential BFSI clients to expand our customer base.

·   Build strong client relationships to understand financial needs and offer tailored solutions.

·   Promote our financial products, highlighting their value to clients.

·   Exceed sales and performance targets.

·   Stay updated on industry changes, market conditions, and competition.

·   Maintain detailed client interaction records and paperwork.

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree (recommended) in business, finance, or a related subject.

·         Proven track record of sales performance, preferably in the BFSI sector.

·         2 years of experience in sales and marketing.

·         Excellent communication, negotiating, and presenting abilities.

·         In-depth knowledge of financial goods and services in the BFSI sector.

·         Self-driven and goal-oriented.

·         Ability to operate both independently and collaboratively.
