Job Description

Functions and Accountabilities:

• Create and implement marketing and sales plans to meet goals in the assigned area.

• Pay distributors frequent visits to build rapport and promote sales expansion.

• To increase market reach, find and develop new channel partners.

• To boost distribution coverage, assign retailers to distributors in order to expand the distribution network.

• Perform regular business reviews to make sure that corporate policies are being followed.

• Assign distributors to retailers in order to improve product availability and brand awareness.

Candidates Requirements:

– Graduation is mandator

– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
