Job Description
Functions and Accountabilities:
• Strategy Development: To meet revenue goals and corporate objectives, create and carry out a strategic sales plan.
• Leadership: Ensure that the sales staff receives good leadership and direction in all areas, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Management: To monitor sales success and encourage responsibility among the sales team, clearly define performance metrics and KPIs.
• Analysis: To spot new trends, risks from competitors, and expansion prospects, do a complete market analysis.
• Relationship management: To increase customer satisfaction and loyalty, establish and preserve solid bonds with important clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• To guarantee alignment and support for sales activities, closely collaborate with cross-functional teams from marketing, product development, and finance.
• Improvement: To improve sales processes, productivity, and efficiency, lead continuous improvement initiatives within the sales organisation.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
