Job Description

Functions and Accountabilities:

1. To reach and surpass revenue targets, create and implement strategic sales strategy.

2. Use lead generation, cold calling, and networking to find and seize new business prospects.

3. Establish and preserve solid connections with current customers and business associates.

4. Work together as a team to develop solutions that satisfy the requirements and preferences of your clientele.

5. Create and present persuasive proposals and sales presentations to potential customers.

6. To increase revenue and secure new business, haggle over terms of sale, pricing, and contracts.

7. Project sales trends, monitor performance indicators, and provide top management with an update on sales activity.

8. To spot growth chances, keep up with market circumstances, competition activity, and industry trends.

 

Candidates Requirements:

– Graduation is mandatory

– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
