Job Description
Functions and Accountabilities:
• Carry out marketing initiatives for channel partners in order to increase sales and establish trust in the marketplace.
• Reach the distribution channel’s zonal revenue target for every product.
• Deal with walk-in clients and ascertain their requirements
• Handle product/service sales, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Oversee producers’ everyday operations to guarantee a robust pipeline.
• Mentor and assist agents in expanding their business through cross-selling
• In charge of guaranteeing the calibre of the applications
• Assist and mentor the producer in all policy-related activities
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
