Job Description
Functions and Accountabilities:
• Create a sales plan, implement it, and hit the top-, bottom-, and customer-related goals.
• Develop a value offer for potential customers and advertise the organization’s brand in certain areas.
• Regularly review the sales plan and, together with the CEO, take the necessary steps to suggest modifications and policy changes.
• As per established SLAs, maintain and publish a sales database and MIS on a regular basis.
• In charge of reaching the personal goal.
• Gather and publish consumer input on a quarterly basis using pre-established methods.
• Conduct research, comprehend the dynamics of the external environment, and its consequences for the organization’s present and future plans. Recommend any necessary adjustments to current strategy.
• Follow the pertinent procedures and guidelines set forth by the Organisation.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
