Functions and Accountabilities:
• Deal with walk-in clients and ascertain their requirements
• Handle product/service sales, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Maintain a high degree of client satisfaction by providing superior sales service.
• Uphold exceptional standards for visual merchandising and shop condition.
• Keep your store well-stocked.
• Determine the requirements and preferences of clients
• Suggest and present products that are appropriate for the needs of the customer
• Salute and welcome clients.
• Oversee point-of-sale procedures
• Participate actively in the process of receiving fresh supplies.
• Stay current on product details
• Describe the features and advantages of the product accurately.
• Maintain a polished appearance at all times.
• Keep the store’s surroundings tidy and organised.
• Adhere to all company rules and guidelines.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
