Unit sales manager
Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Unit Sales Manager to lead our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales representatives, and achieving sales targets within your unit.
Roles and responsibilities:-
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve unit sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Provide coaching, training, and support to sales representatives to enhance their performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Candidate requirements:-
- Candidate should be local.
- Age :- 21-38 years
- Experience :- minimum 2-3 years of experience in field sales and marketing of insurance /BFSI
