Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
· Manage a team of agents to achieve sales targets and expand the agency network.
· Develop and implement strategies for business growth through recruitment, training, and relationship management with existing clients.
· Monitor performance metrics such as premium volume, persistency rates, and customer satisfaction to optimize agent productivity.
· Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to licensing, risk management, and data security.
Desired Candidate Profile :
– Age should not be more than 38 year
– Two-wheelers are mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
– Candidate must have knowledge of the local market
– Graduation is mandatory
