Role::
– Recruiting advisors, handling the team & generating business from them Motivate agents to achieve company’s targets Reporting to BM
– Find advisors and partners for the agency
– Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly agency partner meetings, providing a report on the status of the company and its relevance to the competition.
– Establish sales goals and encourage the sales team
– Help managers build sales strategies
