Unit Sales Manager

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

·         Achieve sales targets through the agency channel

·         Recruit new agents and train them on our products and services

·         Develop and maintain strong relationships with agents and clients

·         Provide excellent customer service and respond to client queries and concerns

·         Monitor market trends and competitor activities

·         Attend training and development sessions to stay up-to-date with product knowledge and sales techniques

·         Submit regular reports on sales activities and progress

Candidate preferences :

·         At least 2 years of field sales experience

·         Graduation degree

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·         Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team

·         Must be a local candidate

·         Good knowledge of insurance products and services
