Job Description

Lead and manage a team of insurance agents to drive sales growth and expand our life insurance business. Develop strategies, oversee performance, and support client acquisition.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and manage insurance agents
• Develop and implement sales strategies
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching
• Support agents in acquiring and managing clients
• Analyze market trends and report on sales performance

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of life insurance products
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Must be local.
