As a Unit Sales Manager, you will oversee a sales unit, establish and meet sales targets, and provide support to team members. You will develop sales strategies specific to your unit, manage client relationships, and ensure adherence to company policies.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Over 2 years of experience in sales and field sales.
- Proven track record of setting and achieving sales goals.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and client management skills.
- Skilled in sales analysis and performance tracking.
- Must be local.
