Functions and Accountabilities:
• Interact with prospective consumers who have expressed interest in your products, get to know their needs, and turn them into paying clients.
• Follow up proactively with leads and customers to make sure the sales process goes well and to answer any questions or issues they might have.
• Relationship Management: Establish and nurture enduring bonds with clients by offering first-rate assistance and customer care.
• To properly convey value propositions to clients, keep abreast of product, service, and industry developments.
• Reach or surpass the company’s performance benchmarks and sales goals.
• Use CRM software to keep accurate records of all customer interactions, sales activity, and results.
• Create leads and find new business opportunities.
• To improve the sales team’s performance, give them assistance and training.
• Keep an eye on industry developments, rivalry.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
