Job Description
Lead and manage a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets and expand market presence. Oversee daily operations, recruit and train agents, and ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and manage insurance agents.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet unit goals.
Monitor and evaluate agent performance.
Build and maintain client relationships.
Conduct market research and adjust strategies.
Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
Report on sales performance and market trends.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
4-6 years of sales experience with 2+ years in a managerial role.
Strong leadership, communication, and sales skills.
Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations.
