Job Description
Functions and Accountabilities:
• Create and implement sales strategy to meet objectives and increase market share.
• Find possible distributors and dealers and get in touch with them to build enduring relationships.
• Maintain and oversee current distributor and dealer accounts to guarantee client loyalty and satisfaction.
• Assist dealers and distributors in closing sales by offering them technical and commercial support.
• Make frequent visits and meetings with important clients to learn about their needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Provide comprehensive technical knowledge and experience for each and every product offered.
• Hold training sessions, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• To create new business prospects in line with the sales strategy both with existing and potential customers.
• To maintain client retention by making sure that continuing expectations are satisfied.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
