Job Description

In order to promote growth and productivity, assist and develop agency partners in the life insurance industry by simplifying hiring, training, and performance management.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment of new agents and oversee their onboarding process.
• Run and assist with agent training programs.
• Keep an eye on and improve agent performance.
• Establish trusting bonds with agency associates.
• Support the analysis of market trends and the implementation of growth strategies.

Requirement.

·  Education: A business bachelor’s degree or a similar degree.
Experience: two to three years managing an agency or in sales, ideally in life insurance.

·  Skills: Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities, as well as familiarity with MS Office and CRM software.

· Preferably relevant insurance licenses.
