Job Description :

To create a solid adviser base, find and hire qualified advisors.
Continuously provide training on goods, business procedures, and sales tactics.
Help advisers with prospecting, lead creation, and business growth
Make sure advisers follow necessary business procedures and standards and offer clients appropriate financial solutions based on need analyses.
Reach the monthly business goal for bringing in new clients and advisors.
Make sure that the team of advisors’ sales are in line with all business quality measures.
Serve as the customer’s initial point of contact to confirm their concerns and get them verified by authorities.
Perform initial due diligence to stop fraudulent or unlawful transactions.
Candidate Requirement :

Age : 24 to 38 Years
Qualification required
Problem solving skill
Excellent communication skill
