Job Description
Functions and Accountabilities:
• Growing the business and hitting the company’s sales targets
• Establish a clientele for distributors to boost business sales.
• Provide monthly updates on market changes and performance to the distributor and company.
• Take the lead in sales and seal the agreement with the new client.
• Foster a good rapport with important clients to learn about their demands.
• Monitoring shifts in customer involvement after each campaign launches.
• Gathering information for reports that show the impact of every campaign and providing them to clients.
• Locate new markets and clients to help the company expand and increase sales.
• Manage, inspire, and lead the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Regularly assess team members’ performance and offer helpful criticism.
• Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential customers.
Candidates Requirements:
• Graduation is mandatory
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
• CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
