Responsibilities

• Establish and track sales goals, making sure representatives reach or surpass them.
• Offer continuing assistance and criticism to improve the abilities and expertise of agents.
• Verify that agents follow industry norms, corporate policies, and rules.
• Encourage a customer-focused strategy for sales, cultivating a good rapport and increasing brand loyalty.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing and selling life insurance.
• Excellent coaching and leadership skills.
