Job Description

Lead and cultivate a group Unit Sales Manager life insurance sales representatives to meet sales goals and increase client contentment

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, and mentor frontline agents to bring forth the best in them.

• Establish and track sales goals, making sure representatives reach or surpass them.

• Offer continuing assistance and criticism to improve the abilities and expertise of agents.

• Verify that agents follow industry norms, corporate policies, and rules.

• Encourage a customer-focused strategy for sales, cultivating a good rapport and increasing brand loyalty.

• Demonstrated expertise in managing and selling life insurance.

• Excellent coaching and leadership skills.

Requirements

• Thorough understanding of rules, market developments, and life insurance products.

• Proficient interpersonal and communication abilities.
