Job Description
Functions and Accountabilities:
• Carry out market research to determine potential sales and assess client demands.
• Oversee the hiring, coaching, and growth of a top-notch group of individuals committed to finding and completing business.
• Continually pursue new sales prospects via networking, cold calling, and channel sales.
• Arrange meetings with prospective customers, pay attention to their needs and worries, and supply the necessary merchandise from the list of retailers on hand.
• Work with cross-functional teams to create and carry out quarterly and monthly business plans that are specific to the peculiarities of each city market.
• Work together with the Agartala sales team to produce greater outcomes.
• Additionally, get input from clients or potential clients and share it with internal departments.
• Creating leads, meeting clients, and assisting them with onboarding.
• The onboarding of clients’ activation.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
