Job Description

Position and Accountabilities:

• Overseeing designated areas and managing beauty cosmetics stores.

• Uphold connections, respond to enquiries from every store, and attain profitability in the administration and expansion of the retail outlet channel.

• Verify that the shops adhere to the company’s systems, procedures, and guidelines on branding, finances, and ethics.

• Provide retail store owners and other important individuals with training and an explanation of the advantages of the company’s products.

• Locating new retailer shop owners to add to the list of BC and non-BC stores to sell company products.

• Ensure that the shops take in more merchandise and pay the distributor on schedule.

• Customise presentations to each prospect’s unique needs and pain spots.

• Effectively explain to stakeholders, both technical and non-technical, the technical features and advantages of the product.

Candidates Requirements:

– Graduation is mandatory

– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
