Job Description

Functions and Accountabilities:

– In charge of serving as the company’s email communication point of contact.

– Make a call to clients, introduce yourself, the company, and schedule a time for the sales team to meet.

– Creates concise, well-written quotes and proposals for clients.

– In charge of routinely following up with customers to close leads.

– Speak with potential clients and outline the advantages of the products.

– Act as the main point of contact for clients, answering questions, resolving problems, and offering advice or product information as required.

– Build trusting bonds with clients to increase their satisfaction and loyalty.

– Make sure customer demands are successfully addressed by following up on sales inquiries and feedback.

– Manage schedules, file crucial paperwork, and disseminate pertinent information to effectively coordinate the sales force.

– Working along with the sales team, the coordinator helps with the setup

 

Candidates Requirements:

– Graduation is mandatory

– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
