Job Description
We are in search of a dynamic unit sales manager to lead our field sales team, driving sales growth and fostering client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspire and guide field sales representatives to achieve peak performance.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and build client relationships.
• Monitor and analyse sales performance closely.
Requirements:
• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales and field sales.
• Proven success in setting and reaching sales goals.
• Strong skills in leadership, mentoring, and client management.
• Experienced in sales data analysis and performance tracking.
• Must be a local resident.
