Job Description
Functions and Accountabilities:
• Establish and preserve solid bonds with both newly onboarded clients and current ones.
• Nurture and expand current and potential clients
• Your main goals will be to establish rapport with dealers, stores, builders, and kitchen designers while paying close attention to client demands and striving to deliver a satisfying purchasing experience that boosts sales.
• Actively promote Cabinetworks products to dealer and retail partners within your designated territory. Recognize client demands and offer suitable kitchen cabinet solutions
• Originally prioritized building market share and adding new accounts.
• Engage in regular communication with the outside sales teams in order to promote sales and guarantee market coverage.
• Take part in training sessions and team meetings to improve your sales techniques.
• Remain current with product knowledge, market trends, and rival products.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
