Unit Sales Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Unit Sales Manager to oversee sales operations for our designated unit. You will lead a team of sales representatives, driving performance and ensuring that sales targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve individual and unit sales goals.
-Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
-Analyze sales metrics and performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
-Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
-Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
-Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, outlining performance and strategic initiatives.
